Online Marketing Manager / PPC Manager

As an Online marketing Manager / PPC Manager at Q-Online, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from strategy to execution across multiple PPC accounts for our portfolio of clients.

Ideally, you will have previous agency experience, have a results-driven mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, having a strong focus on client relationship management and reporting, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering results for multiple clients.
The Role – Tasks and Responsibilities – Requirements
You will monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, deliver actionable improvements and be responsible for the efficiency of the campaigns. You will be able to provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance and KPIs in line with individual client’s goals. You will be expected to report to and work closely with the directors and the clients on their account performance, providing strategic recommendations on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and implementing improvements within the team.
Reporting to and working with our Marketing Directors, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and implement strategies with the ability to work across multiple campaigns for multiple clients.
- Managing several core accounts, maintaining consistent client contact and excellent service throughout
- Effectively carry out keyword research and management
- Budget Management
- Proven track record of working to and meeting simultaneous deadlines
- Provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and carrying out result-driven optimisations.
- Assisting other team members with social media and SEO tasks (further training can be provided)
Skills
- Flawless communication skills and full fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven effective decisions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a cross-functional team
- Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects, while able to adapt and identify priorities in your workload based on scale and urgency.
- Ability to adapt to client needs and use a variety of digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on key metrics and insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to actively develop relationships and strategies with clients and the team.
